Stonewall Self-Help Support Group (Group Rules)
The Stonewall Self-Help Group is free to all gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, and transgendered adults. The Stonewall Group was founded in 1994 by Andrea Goudy, M.S.C., L.C.S.W., and it is the only support group of its kind in the western suburbs of Chicago.
We meet every Tuesday from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. at the DuPage Unitarian Church, 4 S. 535 Old Naperville Road, Naperville, Illinois. You must be at least 18 years old and out of high school in order to participate.
This group is not operated by mental health professionals and is not a therapy group
Even if you are not personally dealing with issues such as coming out, we invite you to attend our group to share your experiences and insight, and to help those who might benefit from your support.

The Stonewall Social Group
The Stonewall Social Group meets for regularly scheduled events throughout the month.
Because of confidentiality and members safety concerns, we are unable to give detailed information about upcoming events on our calendar or in our newsletters located on our website, or to non-members who request this information by phone or email. You can get detailed information concerning these events by attending one of the Support or Discussion Groups scheduled meetings..
A Bridge To Ideas Discussion Group
A discussion group for adult gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered people. This group meets the second thursday of each month, at 7pm, to discuss varied topics of interest to group members in an environment supportive of expression of differing viewpoints.
The Stonewall Young Adult Group
A monthly gathering of young adults ages 18-25 coming together with common issues and interests through discussion and social activities.
We meet the 4th Thursday of each month from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. at the DuPage Unitarian Church, 4 S. 535 Old Naperville Road, Naperville, Illinois. You must be at least 18 years old and out of high school in order to participate.
This group is not operated by mental health professionals and is not a therapy group.
Coming Out Of Marriage Group
The Stonewall Coming Out Of Marriage Group is free to all gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, and transgendered adults who are married, formerly married, or somewhere in between. This group will be run similarly to the Stonewall Self-Help Support Group meetings, with open discussion and support issues relating to being gay and married.
We meet the 1st Thursday of each month from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. at the DuPage Unitarian Church, 4 S. 535 Old Naperville Road, Naperville, Illinois. You must be at least 18 years old and out of high school in order to participate.
This group is not operated
by mental health professionals and is not a therapy group.
